Little Dixie 43rd Charter Night Dinner Will Be Held on Saturday, Feb 22
At Peachtree Banquet Center, Nifong Blvd West 
Social Hour 6:30 pm, Dinner 7:00 pm 

    Shoes for Kids
Our new service project has collected more than 70 pairs of shoes so far. Shoes will be cleaned and restored before turning over to the Columbia School District to give to needy kids in elementary grades.  Collection of shoes will continue during the rest of the school year.

Shoes For Kids

On Dec 30, 2002 the Board approved this new service project.  Little Dixie will collect used children’s shoes.  The collected shoes will be cleaned, deodorized and refurbished.  The shoes will be distributed through the Columbia Public School System utilizing the “Shoes That Fit” program already in place.  We will run this program until the end of May.  If successful, we will resume with the following school year.
